Reward
Reward for our services is always arranged after an agreement with our client so that it is the most favorable one. We usually charge from 1,200,- to 2,000,- CZK per hour of legal services or an act of legal aid. The amount of remuneration will be set at the first appointment where it is convenient, if possible, to present all of the papers connected to the subject, or via a telephone. Reward mirrors complexity and length of a given legal matter, promptness required in providing the juristic service, personal and property aspects of a client may partly be taken into consideration.
Second most common alternative is a flat service charge for resolving a certain matter (e.g. formation of a contract of purchase and a proposal to stake law into a real estate register, signature confirmation, where the cost is usually about 2,500,- CZK in common cases, the price is increased up to 5,000,- CZK if it also includes keeping of financial resources).
We confirm signatures; provide advocatory keeping of financial resources; cooperate with notaries, disdainers, experts and other specialists in the field.
